the idea of RazumLabs

From Idea To Business

RazumLabs is a product company that builds and develops its own digital products. We take responsibility for the full lifecycle — from the initial idea and hypothesis validation to market launch — turning digital solutions into real businesses with clear value for users.

RazumLabs creates and supports products in different formats, from in-house solutions to partner projects where we hold equity. We work across SaaS products, marketing tools, fintech and crypto solutions, game-related projects, and other digital initiatives. Our focus is on initiatives with practical sense and long-term value. At the core of everything we build are real users, product metrics, and sustainable business results.

Every project for us starts with analysis. We evaluate the idea, the market, and the business model before we move on to the product itself. This approach helps us create solutions that last longer, evolve faster, and deliver measurable outcomes. We value simplicity, transparency, and predictability in every task.

Our mission is to create products that bring tangible value to users and meaningful impact to businesses. We believe that lasting results appear where technology, clear thinking, and a human approach work together. As we develop RazumLabs, we’re building an environment where specialists can bring ideas to life, grow, and contribute to real solutions.

We are open about both opportunities and limitations, discuss challenges honestly, and look for realistic ways to solve them. We grow through projects, people, and experience, and we build our culture on partnership, trust, and personal responsibility.

The Meaning of "Razum"

Razum comes from the Slavic word «разум» (pronounced [ˈrazʊm], approx. "RAH-zoom"). («разум» is a Slavic word meaning "reason", "intelligence", or "wisdom".) In its primary sense, it’s not just intelligence but the ability to think consciously and to see logic and meaning in what’s happening. This word formed the basis of the company name, because it reflects the essence of our company: common sense is the foundation of our technology, business, and processes.

Meet the Founder

Experienced engineer and early-stage entrepreneur

My name is Anatolyi Razumovskyi. I am a software engineer with over 15 years of experience in web development. I’ve worked on everything from building startups to optimizing and maintaining legacy systems across projects of many different scales and domains. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with various business models and product areas, which helps me quickly understand almost any product.

Over time, I realized I wanted to go beyond the role of an engineer and create my own digital products. I wanted to build an environment where technology, guided by common sense, brings real practical value to people. To make this approach possible, I needed a special kind of culture and space — and that’s what led me to found “RazumLabs.”

My Personal Evolution: read the details

I became interested in web development back in school, in 2006. As soon as I got access to the Internet, I wanted to understand how websites work and how they are created — and that moment became the starting point of my journey into web development.

After school, I enrolled in a local computer academy, expecting to build a solid foundation for my own projects. The program gave me a general base, but there still wasn’t enough hands-on practice for real-world work and launching startups, so my first project didn’t make it to a full result at that time. This pushed me to keep growing on my own: I studied modern web development approaches and tools independently, gained my first commercial experience, spoke at conferences, tried myself as a computer courses instructor, and worked in parallel as a freelancer.

Over time, I realized that my studies no longer aligned with my goals, and combining them with work became increasingly difficult. A chance encounter brought me together with a few like-minded people, and we launched a joint startup. The project grew quickly, and I decided to leave the academy to focus on it fully. Unfortunately, several strategic mistakes eventually led us to bankruptcy. That experience became a valuable foundation for future growth, and over the next few years I worked as a developer in various companies, contributing to projects across different industries.

I always strived to grow, explore new tools and approaches in web development, experiment with technologies, and sharpen my skills. Step by step, I went deeper into system architecture, complex structures, and designing clear and reliable solutions. Over time, it became evident that development is one thing, but creating a full product, bringing it to market, and achieving real sales is something entirely different. After several unsuccessful attempts to launch my own product, I made a conscious decision to expand my scope of responsibility and began studying marketing and the fundamentals of business in a more systematic way.

Later in my adult life, I made a deliberate decision to return to university, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and later a master’s degree in project management. I complemented this with courses in marketing, finance, and business analytics. Combining this theoretical foundation with my practical experience in web development, I built a solid base and a clear commitment to creating truly valuable digital products.

Over time, the limitations of working alone became increasingly clear, and by the end of 2025 I made the decision to establish RazumLabs as a product company built around values that matter to me. The foundation of the company is simple: technology should be grounded in common sense, and the environment should empower specialists to bring ideas to life, grow, and create real value for people.
